MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of The Houston Coaches Association is to provide one voice, for all coaches in the Houston Independent School District to address issues that concern athletics locally and state wide. To reach out to the community in which we serve, providing it with leadership and assistance whenever needed. To teach young men and women the rules of life using sports as a tool to teach fair play and the value of hard work to become successful in the game of life. The final goal of the HCA is to provide recognition for coaching accomplishments each year within the Houston Independent District.
