Payroll Deductions Are Available Through HISD ($5.00 per pay period for 10 pay periods).
Membership Benefits
A voice in the association.
Membership in the National High School Association (including $ 100,000.00 liability coverage per coach). When available and if allowed.
A back to school get together. Free
Flowers Arrangement for hospitalized and bereaved members.
Two coaches from the association will be sent to the National High School Convention and the NCAA Rule Convention.
Annual Awards Banquet in May of each year. Free
Membership Goals
To enroll 90 to 100% of all coaches in the Houston Independent School District.
To set up a yearly clinic for each sport.
To set up an athletic benefit for permanently disabled athletes and coaches.
To set up some form of legal assistance fund for HISD coaches.
